Swiftdale was formed in late 1986 by James Hollands and John Birch and it has remained a small efficiently run company and even today still has only the two directors, both of whom still keep their hand in with consultant field work.

That's not to say the company hasn't expanded, in fact it's grown substantially, just have a look at our client base to see. In 1995 Jan Fox joined our team and now runs our our office in Allington, Linconshire, handling everything from accounting to operations.
